Winter Internship Program 2024 - 25: Another chapter of Mentorship, Memories & Achievements

The winter of 2024 - 2025 brought with it not just a change in weather, but also youthful, enthusiastic, and energetic interns to Abox Agency as well. As the latest batch of interns arrived in our creative workspace, they brought along dreams, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn. The months ahead were certain to shape their professional journey and give them memories and experience to remember for a lifetime.

Over the course of three months, our interns were immersed in the dynamic, fast-paced environment that defines life at Abox. From their very first day, they were treated not as observers but as active contributors. Whether working within design, front end or back end development, blockchain development, and more each intern took on real-world responsibilities that sharpened their skills and expanded their understanding of the digital landscape.

Our internship program is rooted in a simple philosophy: experiential learning creates meaningful transformation. And this winter, that philosophy came to life in remarkable ways.

A standout highlight of the program was the Christmas celebration in December 2024 - a festive occasion entirely organised by our interns. With thoughtful planning, they managed everything from decorations to catering, turning the office into a warm, cheerful space filled with laughter and camaraderie.

This event was more than a seasonal celebration, it was a demonstration of leadership, teamwork, and initiative. It reflected the confidence they had built and their growing sense of ownership within the company.

As the winter internship program approached its grand finale, we marked the occasion with a thoughtfully curated Farewell & Appreciation Event held on March 28, 2025 at 4 PM. The atmosphere was filled with a mix of nostalgia and pride as our interns arrived in formal attire - each one embodying the growth, confidence, and transformation they had undergone during their journey with us.

The evening began with a warm welcome, followed by a certificate distribution ceremony led by our CEO, Mr. Raj, and the respective team leaders who had mentored and guided the interns throughout their journey.

Mr. Raj took a moment to share his thoughts, reflecting on what the program reflects and how each individual has grown in the end of the program. He spoke about Abox Agency’s commitment to shaping talent, not through rigid structures, but by providing a space that fosters creativity, encourages innovation, and supports personal evolution. He emphasized how our culture is designed to help young professionals learn by doing, and how each intern had risen to that opportunity with dedication and curiosity.
